Hoop IQ was founded in 2019 by professional coach and player development trainer Michelle Franco. Coach Franco has a long list of accolades as a McDonald’s All-American nominee, D1 NCAA player, and first American woman coach in the BSN (Baloncesto Superior Nacional) in Puerto Rico.
